
Ettor Strada is the CEO and Co-Founder of Education Consulting Advocacy Team, LLC. He is a proud father of two sons, one daughter, and a grandfather to two grandsons. Ettor dedicated nearly 14 years to serving in the U.S. Army before being medically discharged due to a non-combat injury. As an Infantry member, he was deployed to various locations around the world, including a mission to liberate Kuwait during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
Following his military service, Ettor became an advocate for his eldest son in the education system. Realizing he needed more expertise to make a difference, he pursued degrees and certifications in Special Education. He officially launched his educational career in 2006, working with students in Special Education.
Over the years, Ettor has served in various educational roles, including as a Special Education teacher with the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections and in a charter school setting. His leadership experience includes roles such as Special Education Coordinator, School Co-Principal, and District Special Education Director. Notably, Ettor was Co-Principal when his charter school earned the prestigious Charter School of the Year award in 2016. Additionally, his outstanding work in the field earned him recognition from the Exceptional Student Services Division of the Arizona Department of Education for the significant improvement in his students’ state assessment scores.

Sara B. Strada is the COO and Co-Founder of Education Consulting Advocacy Team, LLC. She has been married to her husband Ettor since 1996. Sara graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, a minor in Special Education, and an academic focus in Sociology. She later earned a Master of Education in Reading from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2002. Throughout her career Sara has held multiple teaching certifications and specializations in Washington, Texas, and Arizona, including a Reading Specialist & Master Reading Teacher certification.
Sara’s professional background includes extensive experience as a Special Education teacher, Department Head, and Mentor Teacher at the elementary and middle school levels, followed by a role as a Middle School Administrator. Additionally, she served as an Adjunct Faculty member in the post-baccalaureate teacher education program at Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona.
Since 2006, Sara has been a stay-at-home mom while also engaging in various entrepreneurial and educational ventures.
